Booking & Deposit

 
* A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
* Deposit amount will be deducted from the total service cost.
* Appointments are not confirmed until booking is made .
* Deposits is not transferable 

⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling

* You may reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before your booking.
* Deposits can be transferred once only when rescheduling within the notice period.
* Cancellations within 48 hours will result in loss of deposit.
* No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Late Policy

* Please arrive on time for your appointment.
* A 10–15 minute grace period is allowed.
* After this time, your appointment may be cancelled and deposit forfeited.
* Late arrivals may result in a shorter service (to avoid delay for next client).

Payments

* Remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of your appointment immediately after service has been rendered .
* Accepted payment methods: (Add your options – Cash, Bank Transfer, etc.)

No Refund Policy

 
* Due to the nature of the service, all payments are non-refundable.
* If you are unhappy, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and offer a fix where appropriate.

Preparation Before Appointment

* Arrive with clean lashes (no makeup, oil, or mascara).
* Avoid caffeine before your appointment (helps reduce eye fluttering).
* No guests allowed (no kids or friends )

 Infills Policy

* Infills must be booked within 2weeks of your original set.
* You must have at least 40–50% of lashes remaining to qualify for an infill.
* Anything less will be charged as a full set.

Contraindications

* Please inform us if you have any allergies, eye conditions, or sensitivities,we can ask you to come in for patch test. 
* We reserve the right to refuse service if it may affect your health or results.
